RefurbMate offers:

Free cost estimation tools for renovation projects
Paid digital Quantity Surveyor (QS) reports
Smart analysis technology with UK regional pricing data

Our reports are for guidance only and not a substitute for professional on-site surveys or structural assessments.

2. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our platform.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your renovation project
Use the Website for lawful purposes only
Not scrape, replicate, reverse-engineer, or resell any content or technology

4. Payments & Premium Services

Paid QS reports cost £6.99 (incl. VAT)
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
You’ll receive the report by email and/or download link

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided if:

You did not receive your report within 24 hours
The report is materially incomplete or faulty

To request a refund, contact: info@refurbmate.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All technology, content, reports, and branding are the exclusive property of RefurbMate. You may not copy, sell, share, or redistribute our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our estimates are based on user inputs and UK average market rates
Actual renovation costs may vary depending on site conditions, contractor quotes, and structural issues
We are not liable for financial loss resulting from reliance on our estimates or reports

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

Loss of income or business opportunity
Inaccurate estimates due to user error
Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
