We aim to provide accurate, high-quality renovation cost estimates and reports. However, if you are unsatisfied, we offer refunds under the conditions below:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued if:

• The paid QS report is not delivered within 24 hours
• The report is materially inaccurate or incomplete due to our system error

Non-Refundable Cases

• Estimates generated from incomplete or inaccurate user input
• Change of mind after purchase
• Cosmetic dissatisfaction (e.g. formatting)

Requesting a Refund

• Data Subject Refund Request
• Include your full name, project description, and reason for the request.

Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
